Overview
The State of Utah, Department of Facilities and Construction Management (DFCM) partnered with the PBSRG in 1999. The State of Utah was the first implementation of the PIPS process on very large scaled projects. The process was a success on several multi-million dollar jobs, including a $50 Million housing project that was used for the 2000 Winter Olympics.
