Dugway Health Clinic Renovation (Utah)

Project Overview
Renovate Building 5116 at Dugway Proving Grounds for use as a health clinic. Primary structure, support walls, floor and roof are intended to remain intact unless replacement or modification is deemed necessary. Failed and failing systems shall be replaced with modern engineering systems as outlined below. Failed and failing finishes shall be replaced with new architectural finishes throughout the facility. The roof shall be repaired or replaced as required to eliminate leaking and to meet the installations requirements. Electrical, mechanical, fire protection, and communications systems upgrades and repairs will be required for building 5116.
