West Bank Exterior - Rarig & Humphrey Center

Project Overview
The project consists of remodeling the existing loading dock at Rarig Center, Building #209, University of Minnesota, Minneapolis West Bank Campus, Minnesota, and as indicated in the Contract drawings and specifications. The project will require demolition, removal and re-installation of selected exterior construction elements. Construction consists of new concrete platform and ramp, handrails and associated construction.

The project also includes the remodeling of existing stairs and planters at the Hubert H. Humphrey Center, 301 – 19th Avenue South, University of Minnesota, Minneapolis West Bank Campus, Minnesota, and as indicated in the Contract drawings and specifications. This consists of selected exterior demolition and removal and re-installation of selected exterior construction elements. Construction consists of tuck pointing of existing brickwork, new concrete stairs and handrails.
