The scope of work is based on the drawing intent, and includes but not limited to:

Demolition: Carpet, walls, ceilings, electrical, video equipment, marker board, mail slot, etc.

Architectural: Walls, ceilings, doors, carpet, casework, finishes

Mechanical: Modify existing fire protection as required to match new room layout

Electrical: Lighting, power, voice/data, projection equipment provisions, etc.
