Project Overview |
The Shepherd Lab Remodel rooms 340, 344, 350 are included in the base scope of the project. We will also have a separate price break out for room 356 as well. Includes Demolition of CMU dividing wall, construction of office and dark room, two new fume hoods, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Lab countertops/cabinets and misc. construction tasks.
This project will take place at Shepherd Labs, located at 100 Union Street SE, Minneapolis, MN 55455.
