SE Steam Plant Break & Locker Room Remodel

Project Overview
This is two small projects that are combined and phased to be implemented one after the other to allow the first phase to be completed and put into use before the second phase demolition is begun. The scope of work for remodeling of space in the historic Southeast Steam Plant west on the Minneapolis Campus on the north bank of the river at 600 Main Street SE includes toilets, showers, locker rooms and a conference / lunch room.
