Sanford Hall - Tower Brick & Window Replacement

Project Overview
A scope summary of this project includes; replacement of the brick veneer and windows on the tower portion of the building. This will include working closing with an abatement contractor to capture the existing vermiculite in the wall cavity behind the brick, installation of new insulation, brick, brick ties, windows, caulking, and interior finish work at walls affected by replacement of the windows. The schedule for this work is critical so as not to disrupt the occupancy of the building during the school year.
