Project Overview |
University of Minnesota Facilities Management would like an investigation completed on the exterior of the Research Animal Resource (RAR) Building on the St. Paul Campus. This building is roughly 30 years old and has experienced deterioration of the masonry block walls and foundation. The pictures included in this request show various examples of deterioration. This investigation would be used to assist FM in determining the immediate repair requirements for the building, major maintenance repairs which are not an immediate concerns, provide cost analysis information on recommended repairs, and provide preliminary length of time schedules for the design and repairs.
