The University is requesting proposals for services, for the removal of abandoned chillers and cooling tower equipment, from 4 locations on 3 buildings at the Twin Cities campus for St Paul.
The general contractor, and their sub-contracts, must collectively have expert knowledge of absorption chiller and cooling tower equipment, so that proper removal procedures are followed. The contractors shall include in their submittals, complete removal of all absorption chillers and cooling tower equipment and associated pumps, controls, tanks, support elements, etc.
