Demolition of existing walls, doors, casework, flooring, ceilings, lighting. Construction to include new walls/partition/doors, patch/painting, ceiling/lighting, flooring, electrical, mechanical modifications, and coordination of customer purchased furniture and workstations. The General Contractor will apply for the construction permit.
