McNeal Hall - Roof, Parapet & Masonry Repairs

Project Overview
The intent of the 2010 McNeal Hall Middle Roof and Exterior Wall Repairs is to complete repairs for the existing roof, parapet, and exterior walls to mitigate existing leak locations. The scope of work includes spot roof insulation replacement, repair of the existing precast parapet, installation of a new sheet metal cap, through wall flashing installation, tuck pointing, joint sealant, and concrete crack repairs.
