Project Overview
The scope of this project includes removing and replacing the suspended ceiling system and lighting, carpet replacement, minor pluming fixture removal/cap lines, shelving and misc item removal, patching and painting. The contractor will be responsible to obtaining the construction permit. Several of the rooms are currently occupied. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with the customer for access to these rooms. Asbestos containing materials are present under some of the carpeted areas. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating the asbestos removal. Asbestos removal will be paid for under separate contract.
