Mayo Building - Compressed Air Plumbing

Project Overview
Consists of removing old air compressors and related equipment and controls. The majority of removed equipment is on the 7th and 9th floors of the Mayo Building. The contractor will install new piping from a new air compressor system in Moos Tower to the 9th floor of Mayo Building. Both buildings are connected, deep underground, by a utility tunnel. Based on preliminary plans, there are plumbing connections to be made in the deep tunnel, and in the pipe chase on 7th and 9th floors. All power and utility connections, to old compressors and old equipment, are to be removed entirely to source.
