Project Overview
Replacement of lower roof system above South Exterior stairwell, referred to as Stair Exit “A” at SW corner of building at street level. In addition to replacement of lower roof, replace through-wall flashing, and furnish new door and frame. Other minor repairs to building are listed in detail as printed notes on drawing.
