Project Overview
This project consists of updating mechanical equipment at Lions Research Building, located at 2001 - 6th Street SE, Minneapolis, MN 55455, on the East Bank Campus in accordance with the following objectives:
  • Item #1: REPLACE SEVEN EXISTING EXHAUST FAN VARIABLE SPEED DRIVES and TWO AIR HANDLING UNIT VARIABLE SPEED DRIVES
  • Item #2: REPLACE EXISTING AIR HANDLING UNIT # 3
  • Item #3: PROVIDE MONITORING OF TEMPERATURE AND HUMDITY FOR ANIMAL HOLDING ROOMS in LIONS BUILDING similar to existing new equipment in McGuire Translational Research
