Project Overview
The work includes the renovation of an existing lab to a new bio-fuels, bio-energy and bio-products research lab which will include install of fume hoods, lab casework, HVAC, electrical modifications. The construction contract will be a design/bid/build PIPS contract. The work must be completed by August 1, 2009.
This project will take place at Kaufert Labs located at 204 Folwell Ave., St. Paul, MN 55108
