Jackson Hall Remodel 4-164

Project Overview
The following are focal points for this remodel:

- Removal of existing furniture/shelving not required for use by Neuroscience department
- Removal of existing carpet & base within room 4-164
- New dedicated 20AMP/110-120V power circuits for each of owner-provided hoods/freezers/incubators/etc.
- Installation of new 36” wide passageway between rooms 4-160 & 4-164
- Installation of new sheet vinyl & base to match existing in room 4-160
- Upsizing of existing air supply duct feeding Room 4-164
- Decommissioning of existing air return duct in Room 4-164, ductwork to remain, removal of grille and replacement w/metal cover plate
- Replacement of existing VAV S4-24 to handle increased airflow of 800cfm to Room 4-164
- Replacement of existing air diffusers
- Modification of existing radiation control in Room 4-164, programmed to remain off when cooling is required in room
- Provision & installation of new air return duct & diffuser w/new volume control damper within Room 4-160, tied into existing return duct above Room 4-160A
- Cleaning of all diffusers within Room 4-160 & 4-164
