Project Overview
HH Humphrey Center Classrooms 15, 25 and 35 are operated by the Office of Classroom Management. This project will provide a much needed face lift to these three classrooms. Rooms 15 and 35 currently have recessed tiers, which under this project will be filled to provide a flush floor surface throughout. The tiered floor system in classroom 25 will remain and the seminar tables refinished. The scope of work, in general, to all three rooms will be: demo fixed seminar tables; patch and paint walls; replace chalk boards with white boards; replace carpet; new acoustic wall panels; new ACT; install card readers and automatic openers on existing doors; replace lighting; install / revise electircal power; install / revise raceways for A/V systems;
Work by the University: provide and install A/V equipment; HVAC controls;
This project will take place at HH Humphrey Center, located at 301 - 19th Avenue South, West Bank Campus.
