Renovation of a Biotechnology Resource Center located in rooms 58, 59C, and 60, Gortner Lab. Work will include relocation of existing equipment, casework, dish washing station/drying racks, relocation of misc. utilities, install of customer provided chiller unit with closed loop chilled water lines and install of centrifuge.
