Eastcliff Boiler Replacement

Project Overview
1) Main House Boiler Replacement: Demo existing boilers, domestic water and piping and provide new high efficiency hot water boilers and new domestic water system with holding tanks and set them in place, provide connections and valves and replacement of four, 4-pipe fan coil units (located in private kitchen, foyer, dining room, and walnut den).
2) Main House Kitchen AHU Replacement: Remove and replace main kitchen air handling unit (AHU) with chilled water and hot coil unit with electric reheat. Remove existing air conditioning unit from main kitchen closet and condensing unit from east lawn adjacent Main Kitchen.
3) Carriage House: Install new boiler for Carriage House on lower level and connect to new domestic water heater on main level adjacent parking stalls. Remove existing gas unit heater and water coil unit heater on main level.
