Project Overview
The scope of this project is demo of existing suspended ceiling, lighting, and furniture, install of new carpet, suspended ceiling, lighting, minor work dealing with sheetrock/metal stud/doors, modifications to HVAC, install of power/data for customer provided system furniture, patch and paint. The contractor will work coordinate with the furniture installer for delivery dates/times. Contractor will apply for the building permit.
