The scope of this project is demolition of existing convenience store area and construction of a new “M” Deli. The work includes demolition of existing equipment, ceiling, lights, plumbing and install of new contractor provided kitchen equipment, counters, sinks, floor tile, suspended ceiling, lights, patch and paint.
