Professional services will need to include at a minimum: architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical. Additional special services related to work below grade or unique to this facility should be noted in the proposer's response to this RFP.

The Basic Services for this project will include: Schematic Design Phase, Design Development Phase, Construction Document Phase, Bidding / Negotiation Phase, Construction Phase - Administration of Construction Contract as defined in the AIA B101 2007 Owner-Architect Agreement referenced in Section 6 of this RFP.
