Project Overview
The scope of work is detailed in the drawings dated 10/1/09. In addition to the drawings the Contractor is responsible for:
• All materials, equipment, hardware, material staging, garbage removal, housekeeping, permits, inspections, schedule, and closeout / punch list unless otherwise noted.
• Clean up at the end of each work day.
• Coordination of all work involving University Services including, but not limited to: Facilities Management District employees, Hazardous Materials and Networking & Telecommunications Services (NTS).
• Coordinating their construction schedule with building occupants.
o Centennial Hall has a noise restriction prior to 9:00 AM.
• Parking and Security during the project.
• Supplying and installing electrical cords for all appliances.
• Any Fire Alarm programming/testing deemed necessary for this project.
• Uncrating, setting in place and installation of Owner provided appliances.
o Owner will have appliances delivered to the Centennial Loading Dock, Contractor to move from dock to construction site.
• Uncrating, setting in place and installation of Owner provided furniture.
o Owner will have furniture delivered to the Centennial Loading Dock, Contractor to move from dock to construction site.
• Signage and installation.

Other items of note:
• Contractor and sub-contractors must be properly identified by work attire with their logo or identification badge.
• Any work performed in areas where hazardous materials are present must be performed by trained, certified personnel. Owner reserves the right to request proof of training and certification.
