The intent of this project is to provide a design to correct failing concrete walking surfaces, reduce the amount of concrete surface, increase the landscape areas, and minimize the damage/maintenance to the below-grade occupied areas. Construction to be delivered by the PIPS proposal process. Project goals, objectives, type of work, delivery method, etc.
