Provide minimal remodeling of Burton Hall to allow the post secondary teaching and learning unit of the college of education and human development to move into refreshed spaces. Project involves painting of spaces on the first and second floor, carpet, lighting upgrades and possible window A/C replacement, south vestibule door and frame replacement including card reader.
