Project Overview

SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES:
1.) Replacement of the existing plaza waterproofing system of the Tea Room Terrace.
2.) Restoration of existing Masonry exterior wall at Tea Room, including tuck pointing, rebuilding and cleaning of the deteriorated and/or bowing masonry and broken bricks.
3.) Replacement of existing Windows and Doors along with installation of new through-wall flashing system at the head, sills and threshold.
