Project Overview
All work included in drawings.

Installation of Card Access System.
*Contractor will be responsible for all materials, equipment, hardware, labor, garbage removal, housekeeping, permits, inspections, schedule, and closeout / punchlist unless otherwise noted.
*Contractor will be expected to coordinate all work involving Networking & Telecommunications Services (NTS) and Department of Central Security (DCS). *Contractor will be responsible to coordinate their work schedule with building occupants.
*Parking and security during the project is the responsibility of the Contactor.
*Any work preformed in hazardous areas must be done by trained, certified personnel.

Work not included in Scope:

*NTS: NTS will supply, terminate and pull their own cable. (Raceways will be provided by Contractor)
*Abatement: Hazardous material removal will be the responsibility of the owner. This does not include normal work to be done in a Hazardous area, only the removal of the hazardous material.
*Keyshop: Keys and Cores will be the responsibility of the University.

Card Access Equipment:

Card Access equipment will be Software House, CCURE. (No exceptions) Any technician working on the installation will be CCURE Certified and be able to provide documentation upon request by the University. The intent of the project is to have a functioning Card Access system. Any equipment that is necessary for the operation of the Card Access that is not included in the drawings will be the sole responsibility of the Contractor.
