Ice Skating Rink Refrigeration System

Project Overview
The City of Roseville (MN) is looking for a high performing mechanical contractor to replace the refrigeration system and dasher boards in the indoor skating arena. The project will include removal of the existing system, including compressors, cooling tower, floor piping, and all peripheral piping and components. The entire system will be replaced with a geothermal based refrigeration system with ground heat exchanger and new floor piping. The wooden dasher board system will also be removed and replaced. We will also replace all rooftop HVAC units with units compatible with the Geothermal based heat exchanger. The estimated budget is $1,013,000.
