Project Overview
The City of Peoria is seeking a qualified Design Build Team to provide design and construction services for the new Twin Buttes Water Treatment Plant (WTP). Submitting teams will ideally possess experience in completing water treatment plant projects utilizing a design build approach, and should be able to demonstrate very high customer satisfaction from past clients from the programming phase through the end of a project's warranty period. The City of Peoria's total estimate for this project is $62 million. This includes right of way, land, permitting, and all design/build costs.
