The City of Peoria Arizona is seeking a qualified Design Build Team to provide design and construction services for the completion of Phases 2A and 2B of the City of Peoria Rio Vista Community Park in southern Peoria at Thunderbird Rd. and Loop 101. Submitting firms must possess experience in both park and recreation center design and construction. The City of Peoria’s total capital budget for both phases is currently $12.5M.
