The City of Peoria Arizona is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk to provide construction services for the completion of a new Performing Arts Theater at 8355 W. Peoria Avenue in Peoria, Arizona. Submitting firms must possess experience in theater construction and in delivering a project using the CM@Risk delivery method. The theater construction cost is currently anticipated to exceed $5M. Compliance with the Davis Bacon Act will be a requirement of the project.
