The City of Peoria Arizona is seeking a qualified Design Build Team to provide design and construction services for the completion of the City of Peoria Library Building and supporting parking components in central Peoria at 95th Avenue and Harmony Lane, within the Camino A Lago subdivision. Submitting teams will ideally possess experience in delivering institutional facilities utilizing a design build approach, and should be able to demonstrate very high past client customer satisfaction from the programming phase through project’s warranty period. The City of Peoria’s total capital budget estimate for this project is currently $7.2M, of which approximately $6.0M is available for construction.
