The City of Peoria Arizona is seeking a qualified design consultant to provide design services for the Lake Pleasant Parkway Westwing Parkway to State Route 74 Design Concept Report Update. The proposed project may require Design Development, Construction Documents, Coordination with the Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) contractor and Post Design Services.

Kirkham Michael completed the Lake Pleasant Parkway Design Concept Report (DCR) in 2001 the City of Peoria is seeking qualified candidates to update this DCR for the approximately 4.5 miles of improvements. The City of Peoria is seeking to update and not fully replace the existing DCR.
