The City of Peoria Arizona seeks a qualified Construction Manger at Risk (CM@R) to provide design input and construction services for the completion of a new Neighborhood Fire Station located in central Peoria at 75th Avenue and Jomax Road in the Rock Springs subdivision. Submitting teams will ideally possess experience in delivering institutional facilities utilizing a CM@R and should be able to demonstrate very high past client customer satisfaction beginning in the preconstruction phase through a project’s warranty period.
