Deer Valley Road Widening & Drainage

Project Overview
The City of Peoria Arizona is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk to provide preconstruction and construction services for the street widening and drainage improvements of Deer Valley Rd; 83rd Avenue to 91st Avenue and the 83rd Ave and Deer Valley Road Intersection. The City of Peoria’s total capital budget for the Deer Valley Widening project Budget is $3,633,637 and the 83rd Avenue and Deer Valley Road Intersection Widening project Budget is $2,786,948. Through a cooperative effort between the City of Peoria and the Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT), Premier Engineering completed the Design Concept Report (DCR) for the Deer Valley Road Streets Widening & Drainage Improvements, 83rd Avenue to 91st Avenue, in February 2007. A copy of the DCR is available on the Building Peoria webpage. Currently the design is at 30% with the 60% documents expected in February 2008. Submitting teams will ideally possess experience in this type of construction and delivering a project using the CM@R delivery method and should be able to demonstrate very high past client customer satisfaction beginning in the preconstruction phase through a project’s warranty period.
