Project Overview
The City of Peoria Arizona is seeking a qualified Design Build Team to provide design and construction services for the renovation of Clarence B. Hayes Memorial Park located at 9845 N. 75th Ave. (1/2 mile south of Peoria, at 75th Ave). Submitting firms will ideally possess experience in park design and construction and should be able to demonstrate a very high customer satisfaction level from past clients from the programming phase through a project's warranty period. The City of Peoria's total capital budget for this project is currently $750,000.
