Project Overview |
The City of Peoria is seeking a qualified Design Build Team to provide design and construction services for Centennial Park. A two step design competition selection will be made for this project. The first step shall be based on qualifications (SIQ) alone and the second step (RFP) will be a based on a technical proposal and price. The price proposal shall be a guaranteed maximum price (GMP).
