Project Overview
The City of Peoria Arizona is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) to provide design input and construction services for the completion of new Utility Operations building located at the City’s Beardsley Water Reclamation Facility. The City of Peoria’s total capital budget for this project is $3 Million excluding Information Technology cabling/equipment and FF&E costs.
