The City of Peoria is seeking a qualified consultant to provide Engineering consulting services for preparing final design documents to improve the west half of 87th Avenue between Olive Avenue and Hatcher Road to final roadway conditions. Asphalt paving, pavement milling, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, storm drain improvements, signing & striping, and utility relocations will be required to complete the work. Minor landscape improvements, and possible right of way and/or easements may also be required for this project. The proposed project requires design development, preparation of detailed scope of services, construction documents, coordination with the Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) contractor and post design services.
