Project Overview |
The City of Peoria is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R)Team to provide preconstruction and construction services for the street widening and drainage improvements for 87th Ave from Olive Ave to Hatcher Road. Submitting teams will ideally possess experience in this type of construction and delivering a project using the CM@R delivery method and should be able to demonstrate very high past client customer satisfaction beginning in the preconstruction phase through a project’s warranty period.
