Abutting Harvard’s main campus, 22-24 Prescott Street is a 5-story, 40-unit residential apartment building, of approximately 32,150 GSF. Building envelope repairs are a primary goal of this project. They include structural, seismic, and weatherproofing upgrades to an existing load-bearing masonry-walled building. The building is sited in a densely-built Cambridge district among residential and institutional neighbors
