Project Overview
Harvard has teamed with the architectural firm of Blackstone Block Architects, Inc. Harvard is now seeking to complete its team by selecting a contractor to provide pre-construction and construction management services. The exterior will require masonry facade, roof, window, balustrade, and shutter repair. As well as new electrical services for building and water services for fire sprinklers. The interior will entail full upgrades of mechanical, electrical and plumbing services. New fire protection systems and a new elevator will also be required.
