Project Overview
Harvard University intends to award two different contracts for two groups of buildings. Bidders are encouraged to submit proposals on both groups if they feel they can increase the value to Harvard University by being awarded all fourteen buildings. HRES intends to enter into a 2-year contract full maintenance service (including all necessary labor and material) and include everything that is necessary to maintain the equipment as it was originally installed and to meet the satisfaction of the University.
