Project Overview
The Dunster House and Mather House Kitchen & servery renovation will involve the interior renovation of two serveries, a connected kitchen facility, and a basement storage area the scope of the renovation work will include upgrade of finishes, upgrade of mechanical, electrical, & plumbing systems, new serving counters, and upgrades for accessibility requirements. The project will look to develop a central HUDS storage area, the storage area will be separated from the Dunster & Mather facility with direct access from the loading dock via the service elevator. The total project area, including kitchen, servery, and storage areas, is roughly 16,000 square feet.
