Project Overview
8th Mellon Street is a circa 1920 three-story wood frame structure of approximately 5,000 GSF located on the north side of Harvard University's campus. The building houses residential units available to Harvard students. This project is driven primarily by the poor condition of the existing interiors and the need to upgrade and extend an egress stair. This RFP will be the basis for the selection of a General Contractor to perform these renovations. The project schedule is based on occupancy no later than mid-August 2005.
