Project Overview
GDC4S is using the PIPS process to select high performing vendors for five roofs on their Scottsdale, AZ campus. The total roofing area is 107,193 sf from five (5) separate roofs. The project includes three removal and replacements with a TREMCO Cold-Applied 3-Ply Built Up Roofing System and two recoatings with TREMCO Polar Coat.
