The Arizona School Facility Board (SFB) is responsible for establishing minimum school facility guidelines, assessing school buildings against these guidelines, and providing monies to bring the buildings up to the guidelines in the State of Arizona. In 2006, the AZ SFB tested the PIPS process to identify if it could be successful within their organization.
