Arizona State University
Packard Drive North Parking Structure - Design

Project Overview
ASU is seeking a qualified designer to provide design services for a parking garage and office building. The university has roughly estimated the need for a ±1,600 stall parking structure; an up to 30,000gsf office building; a 20,000 – 30,000gsf pedestrian mall; and to reach the highest feasible level of LEED certification. The project will be constructed under the CMAR delivery method. It is ASU’s strong desire to have the parking structure aspect completed by August 1, 2010, to be fully functional for the 2010 football season.
