ASU is seeking a qualified CMAR to provide construction services for a parking garage and office building. The university has roughly estimated the need for a ±1,600 stall parking structure; an up to 30,000gsf office building; a 20,000 – 30,000gsf pedestrian mall; and to reach the highest feasible level of LEED certification. The designer selection is currently underway and the designer award is anticipated for August 29, 2008. It is ASU’s strong desire to have the parking structure aspect completed by August 1, 2010, to be fully functional for the 2010 football season.
